We are honored to offer this extra-special dining experience: dinner for 16 people, prepared by our friend, Sam Mogannam, second-generation owner of Bi-Rite Market, founder of the Bi-Rite Family of Businesses and 18 Reasons, and local community leader. Before taking over Bi-Rite Market from his father and uncle in 1997, Sam began his career in the restaurant industry and his passion for genuine service and feeding people has become the heart of the Bi-Rite community. We hear that Sam finds Zen in cooking meals every chance he gets, and whether he’s using ingredients he hand-harvested at the Bi-Rite Farm, or kitchen staples found in his fridge, those meals always turnout incredibly flavorful. Now’s your chance to have Sam delight in feeding you and 3 of your closest friends, along with 3 new groups of friends, during an intimate evening in the beautiful 18 Reasons dining room. Sam and his sous chefs will use products sourced from Kitchen Table Advisors clients and Bi-Rite vendors, such as Fifth Crow Farm, to prepare a truly unique, one-of-a-kind experience. Biodynamic wines provided by Bonterra Vineyards will provide the perfect complement to your meal.
